Code of Ethics

I, as a member of the PA Guild of Professional Chimney Sweeps, acknowledge the responsibilities and obligations of membership.  In this regard, I pledge:

1. To render my services in an honest and fair manner, and to refrain from engaging in deceptive practices or making any deceptive statements.

2. To promote and educate consumers about safe chimney and venting practices.

3. To strive to continually update my knowledge, skills, and techniques with regard to current accepted venting and chimney safety practices.
